Hi,
I requested a replacement and the second PSP also had this faint strip, albeit not quite as obvious as the first time round (at least I don't think it was; I never had them side by side to compare). I decided that perhaps Amazon.co.uk had a faulty batch, so I requested a refund, and bought one from play instead. The replacement (my third PSP!) arrived today, and that strip is on this one too! How can I have got three defective screens in a row? It's driving me mental. Do all 3000 series units have this to some degree, or have I just been (incredibly) unlucky? Or does it just affect the pearl white units perhaps?
Please help.
